What ORCA Quant is
ORCA Quant publishes statistical research on football matches: model probabilities, market comparisons and a public paper record of every model pick, settled after the match. It is information, not betting, financial or investment advice. ORCA Quant does not accept bets, does not hold or move your money and is not affiliated with any bookmaker. Any decision you make with this information is your own.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or over and allowed to use this kind of information where you live. The service is not offered in Turkey. Do not use it if sports betting is unlawful for you.
The record
The public record is a paper record: each pick is recorded before kickoff with the best price observed at that time, staked at a flat 1 unit, and settled from the official result. No real money is placed. Prices may no longer be available when you see them. Past results do not predict future results, and losses are likely.
Accounts
Keep your password private and your email address current. We may suspend accounts used to abuse, scrape, resell or disrupt the service. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.
Paid plans
Paid plans are not on sale yet. Before any purchase you will be shown the price, billing period, what the plan includes, how to cancel and the refund terms. A paid plan buys depth of research, not better odds of winning.
Use of content
You may use the content for your own personal use. Do not copy, republish, resell or systematically extract it without written permission.
No warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. Models and data can be wrong, late or unavailable. To the extent the law allows, ORCA Quant is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is always on this page, and material changes will be notified to account holders.
